I Am Me — Women Who Earn Cohort: Refund Policy

This policy covers bookings for the I Am Me — Women Who Earn cohort programme (£99.99 for the six-week cohort). It works alongside the Event Terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Your 14-day cooling-off right (statutory)

Because you book online, you have the right to cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day you book and receive a full refund — as long as your cohort has not yet started.

If your cohort starts within your 14-day window and you attend, you can still cancel within the 14 days, but we may deduct a proportionate amount for the sessions already made available to you (one-sixth of the fee per session week elapsed), refunding the balance.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your name and booking details. We will refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.

2. After the 14 days, before your cohort starts

If you cancel more than 14 days after booking but at least 7 days before your cohort’s first session, we will offer you, in this order:

a transfer to a later cohort (subject to availability), or
a credit for the full amount against any Ohana Foundation programme, or
a refund minus a £10 administration fee.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the first session are not refundable (your place has been held in a 13-person cohort that others could not book), but we will always try to offer a transfer to a later cohort.

3. Once your cohort has started

The fee covers the whole six-week cohort. Missed individual sessions are not refundable, and no refund is due once the cohort is underway, except at our discretion in cases of serious illness or emergency — contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution (usually a transfer to a later cohort).

4. If we cancel or change the Programme

If we cancel your whole cohort, you receive a full refund (or a transfer, your choice).
If we cancel or move an individual session, we will offer a replacement session; if we cannot, we will refund one-sixth of the fee for that week.
Refunds we owe you are paid within 14 days to your original payment method.
