I Am Me — Women Who Earn Cohort: Event Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [date of publication]

These terms apply to bookings for the I Am Me — Women Who Earn cohort programme (“the Programme”) run by The Ohana Foundation (“we”, “us”). By booking a place you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. The Programme

1.1 The Programme is a six-week online cohort: five weekly I Am Me sessions followed by a sixth-week SucceedHer interview workshop. Sessions run weekly at your chosen cohort’s day and time (Monday cohorts from 14 September 2026; Friday cohorts from 18 September 2026; final sessions conclude by 23 October 2026).

1.2 Sessions are delivered online via Google Meet. Joining details are emailed after booking and before each session. You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.

1.3 Each cohort is limited to 13 places. Your booking is for the specific cohort (day and time) you select at checkout and covers all six weeks of that cohort.

2. Booking and payment

2.1 The Programme fee is £99.99 per person for the full six-week cohort, payable in full at booking through our website’s secure checkout (payments processed by Stripe via Kajabi).

2.2 Your place is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email. Places are personal to the named attendee and may not be resold. If you wish to transfer your place to another person or to a different cohort (subject to availability), contact us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before your cohort’s first session.

3. Cancellations and refunds

3.1 Cancellation rights and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, including your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3.2 If we have to cancel or reschedule a session (for example, facilitator illness or technical failure), we will offer a replacement session. If we cancel your cohort entirely, you will receive a full refund.

4. Recording of sessions

4.1 Sessions are recorded. Recordings may be used by the Ohana Foundation to create course content and other materials. By attending you consent to being recorded; if you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off and microphone muted during recorded segments. Details of how recordings are stored and used are in the Privacy Policy.

4.2 You may not record, screenshot, or redistribute any part of a session or its materials yourself without our written permission.

5. Your part

5.1 The Programme involves group discussion and personal reflection. You agree to treat other participants with respect and to keep anything personal shared by other participants within the group confidential. We may remove (without refund) anyone whose behaviour is abusive or persistently disruptive.

6. What the Programme is — and is not

6.1 The Programme is a personal-development programme. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional support. If you need support beyond the Programme’s scope, please seek an appropriately qualified professional.

6.2 Any results depend on your own circumstances and participation. We do not guarantee any particular personal or professional outcome.

7. Intellectual property

All Programme materials (workbooks, slides, recordings, frameworks, and the I Am Me and SucceedHer names and content) remain the property of the Ohana Foundation. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8.2 Subject to 8.1, our total liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of income or business).

9. General

9.1 We may update these terms for future cohorts; the version you accepted at booking applies to your booking.

9.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights).
